April 2009: major revamp
[edit ]I have fixed up this Wikipedia entry, adhering closely to the published Buzen article (available online). At this point I think it is complete and mathematically accurate.
One shortcoming of this version: it only covers the pure exponential server case; if someone would like to discuss how the algorithm changes for load-dependent servers, please add that discussion back. Encyclops (talk) 00:05, 19 April 2009 (UTC) [reply ]
