Article name

[edit ]

Unless anyone disagrees, I'm going to rename this article to Dealer button (poker).--Toms2866 01:13, 7 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]

Actually, Button (poker) might be shorter, but there's already a redirect from it to this article. Will have to figure that out.--Toms2866 01:22, 7 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]

While Button (poker) does seem obviously better, passing the buck does also make Buck (poker) have merit. I could go either way, which means I suppose leaving it the way it is is better. If you want to switch to Button (poker) and switch the redirect, that would be fine with me too though. 2005 02:51, 7 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]
I renamed the article to Button (poker), fixed the double redirects, and changed various other articles to link directly to this page. From the context of poker, "Button" is by far more common than "Buck". I figure this page will likely be hit more frequently from readers linking from poker pages than not, so I went with the common poker usage ("Button").--Toms2866 19:09, 7 May 2006 (UTC) [reply ]

Looks like this article forgot to include "overs". 199.214.18.122 (talk) 16:35, 14 September 2010 (UTC) [reply ]
