Indian cultural and spiritual imagery in BOOMPALA
[edit ]Several media outlets and social media discussions have noted the use of namaste gestures, chakra references, lotus-style meditation poses, and other South Asian spiritual imagery in BOOMPALA promotional materials. The current article mentions Buddhist inspiration via the Heart Sutra but does not mention the cultural appropriation/Indian-inspiration controversy that received media coverage. Would a brief, neutrally-worded reception section be appropriate if reliable sources are available? PrateekthePrateek (talk) 07:12, 1 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
