"Calcium" section strangely written

The claims are vague and seem to make a lot of normative statements. The whole thing is just kind of weird, thought I can't quite put my finger on all the reasons.

If eventually I have time, I'll dig through the cited sources and either rewrite it or delete unsupported claims.

If anyone else feels like doing that task, feel free.
