Length
[edit ]There seems to be no mention whatsoever of the fact that there are 62,000 miles of blood vessels in the body, which would be more than sufficient to go 2 and 1/2 times around the word. Jordan Yang 18:20, 14 Oct 2005 (UTC)

- This has now been debunked, thanks to a 2020 paper which looked at the original source of the information—August Krogh in 1919. A recent Kurzgesagt video chronicled their journey to get to the bottom of this oft-cited number: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgo7rm5Maqg Jaardon (talk) 01:59, 30 October 2024 (UTC) [reply ]

3D model
[edit ]It would be very nice to have 3D model of the knee so that people can explore it from thier prefered angle; I uploaded this one. But it was not accepted what would need to be changed/updated about the model before it would be acceptable for the article? then we can also update the model at List of organs of the human body

- This is a poor quality image that would not be useful in the encyclopedia. Zefr (talk) 15:03, 30 October 2024 (UTC) [reply ]
