Notability
[edit ]Is this method used in any place outside of the book? Is there a third party using it, outside the author of the book and the Software Engineering Institute at the Carnegie Mellon University ? From my googling it seems that no. Jgc2003 (talk) 07:26, 14 May 2009 (UTC) [reply ]
ATAM Used by Many Organizations
[edit ]- From my research there are many people using the ATAM process or variations of it. I am currently using this process for the US Library of Congress NDIIPP project. --Dan 20:13, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
- I am attending a Enterprise Data conference (Enterprise Data World) and ATAM is a recognized method for looking at architecture tradeoffs. See the presentation by Malcolm Chisholm --Dan 20:54, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
- ATAM is suggested along with CBAM and others in diverse Software Architecture Trainings, e.g. the training to achieve the Certified Professional for Software Architecture, Foundation Level (CPSA-F, see for example https://www.oose.de/seminar/softwarearchitektur-mit-methode-inkl-isaqb-cpsa-f/ (in German)) and in the IMPROVE Workshop (see http://www.arc42.de/improve.html). Quality of the References and External Links
[edit ]Some references and both external links are dead meanwhile. Are there any additional resources where the method is described in more detail?
