- Did you know... that actress Anna Kendrick was nominated for a Tony Award at the age of twelve, making her the youngest-ever Tony nominee as of 2008?
It is of interest to the following WikiProjects:
In addition to acting and singing, she is at the very least also a director and producer along with having written a book. 173.32.44.152 (talk) 02:16, 27 November 2024 (UTC) Reply
- Those are not notable occupations - see MOS:ROLEBIO Geraldo Perez (talk) 02:22, 27 November 2024 (UTC) Reply
- I support adding her occupation as director and producer to list of occupations, as "...is an American actress, director and producer", as is accustomed by similar topics of this same nature.

- Executive producer credit 6 times and 1 director credit, 68 acting credits. She is known as an actress. MOS:ROLEBIO says "The lead sentence should describe the person as they are commonly described by reliable sources." What other articles do is based on specific details about the person and set no precedent for other articles based on similarities. Also specific details about what she did as executive producer is needed to say if it was significant to the production or just a credit given to a major actress who was allowed some input to the production to get her join the cast. Anna Kendrick has also been nominated for a Grammy Award, shown in the referenced video, she is introduced at the 2019 Grammys as such. [1] 2A06:5906:3C11:9900:3599:825C:47E1:6BB5 (talk) 18:37, 18 July 2025 (UTC) Reply
- X is not considered a reliable source. I am not seeing any other source that supports this, and this is the type of claim that would have lots of evidence if true. If she was nominated for a Grammy, we would need to list which year/which award she was nominated for. meamemg (talk) 19:09, 18 July 2025 (UTC) Reply

- I'm not seeing any evidence that she counts as a nominee, rather than the complication producer. But I've reopened the edit request tag in case someone else wants to come in and make the edit. meamemg (talk) 21:09, 18 July 2025 (UTC) Reply

- @2A06:5906:3C11:9900:DAFB:4BA8:64CF:4B0C the only place she's listed there is for a win. so I think that's just noting her presence on the album, not that she's actually won a Grammy. meamemg (talk) 17:38, 19 July 2025 (UTC) Reply
- Correct, the songwriters are the only ones that get the Grammy on that, which is why it is listed as it is. Chris1834 Talk 13:36, 21 July 2025 (UTC) Reply

For those allowed to edit, maybe someone can change the sentence Her father, William, is a history teacher. to Her father William (1946–2022) was a history teacher. with https://my.gather.app/remember/william-kendrick as source. Thank you. ~2026-28152-22 (talk) 13:46, 9 May 2026 (UTC) Reply
