The is is a B-class article and the criteria (#1) states: The article is suitably referenced, with inline citations. It has reliable sources, and any important or controversial material which is likely to be challenged is cited.
The article is currently in the category "Articles with dead external links from February 2011". This is not a serious issue but there is a widespread problem. There are a large number of "dangling sentences". These are sentences that are added after a source. At best it could hinder a possible promotion. At worse it could gather tags that could result in a reassessment and demotion. I am not familiar with the article. Tracking this down might require possibly looking at 40 of 44 references. I also realize in some cases the apparent unsourced content was actually in the previous reference.
