Alessandro Mazzinghi, conosciuto come Sandro (nato a Pontedera, PI, il 3 ottobre 1938) è un pugile professionista italiano.

Diviene professionista nel 1961 per la categoria Superwelter. Campione d'Europa e del Mondo, ha disputato 69 incrontri, vincendone 42 per K.O. prima del limite; ha subìto 2 sconfitte ed 1 no contest.

Ha disputato 5 titoli d'Europa e 8 titoli Mondiali.

Rimagono nella memoria degli appassionati gli incontri con Ralph Dupas, Tony Montano, Nino Benvenuti, Joseph Gonzales e Kim Soo Kim, quest'ultimo tenutosi a Milano presso lo stadio S.Siro e passato alla storia per la spettacolarità, la grande affluenza di pubblico e lo stoicismo di Mazzinghi nel riconquistare il titolo di Campione del Mondo.
