Alan Brazil

[edit ]

Think this needs re writting. In one section it says Alan has a place in London where he stays during the week, in another it reads that he commutes daily from Suffolk to London in his Lexus!Bettybutt (talk) 04:58, 24 April 2009 (UTC) [reply ]

Black Adder

[edit ]

Is it worth adding he was owner / manager of the Black Adder pub in Ipswich during the 90s. 81.154.221.212 (talk) 01:19, 26 April 2009 (UTC) [reply ]

Only if you can find a reliable source for that fact. – Pee Jay 09:43, 26 April 2009 (UTC) [reply ]

1984 Uefa Cup

[edit ]

As Brazil didn't play in the final isn't is more suitable to link to the 1983/84 UEFA Cup page as opposed to the 1984 Final?Statto74 (talk) 14:36, 10 March 2014 (UTC) [reply ]

That's a solid argument, but for consistency's sake, I think we should stick with linking to the final. I'm happy to listen to a third opinion though. – Pee Jay 20:37, 10 March 2014 (UTC) [reply ]

Time at Tottenham

[edit ]

"In his only season at White Hart Lane he scored three goals, while his fellow Scot Steve Archibald scored 21 times" Is what it currently says but he scored 6 goals in 10 Apps at the end of the 82/83 season and 3 in 19 games during 83/84. So what is written is quite misleading. His final record at Tottenham was 29 league games, plus 2 as a sub, and 9 league goals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Statto74 (talkcontribs) 08:39, 11 March 2014 (UTC) [reply ]

Search terms

I just arrived here via Duck Duck Go and the Wikipedia info box says this one's a gammon...86.159.6.20 (talk) 21:06, 25 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]

I think that's more of an issue for Duck Duck Go. I don't know what anyone here could do to resolve that. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 08:18, 26 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
if that's the case perhaps it needs people to complain to the search engine involved each time this happens? but generally I think readers are likely to blame wikipedia not the search engine... 86.159.6.20 (talk) 08:33, 26 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
[edit ]

...current that is. I only know of him now via Coldwar Steve so if a suitable source can be found would it be appropriate to include a mention of that? 86.159.6.20 (talk) 08:20, 26 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]

The use of Brazil in his images is mentioned in interviews with the artist in the Guardian, Big Issue and BBC. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 10:22, 26 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
