Downing Street has criticised the "regrettable" decision by the European Union to refer to the Falkland Islands as "Islas Malvinas" ... in a document signed off by EU leaders when they met with the Celac group of Latin American and Caribbean leaders in Brussels. [link removed]
this one was difficult to get down to 200 characters without confusing the reader, but i believe i have done so with no room to spare. if the image is used, i am assuming that the space before the parenthetical referencing the image is not counted; if i am wrong, i think "between" could be replaced with "of".note that "Islas Malvinas" is in italics despite the proper name exception of mos:foreignitalic because the italics are being used to denote that the words are being used as words, as per mos:wordsaswords; i had used quotation marks instead in the article, but needed the extra space in the hook.
