There should be citations in the opposition and support section; I remember seeing coverage in local media and maybe something could be added about traffic. I remember hearing a lot about potential traffic issues but don't know what sources there are that list all the issues raised by different groups.

I corrected the UDARP info and edited the other sentences in that paragraph slightly (only City Council can give PUD approval - it's an ordinance). Maybe that paragraph should go under Project History because it's pretty much a timeline to date of the project? Also, I'm new at this editing thing - how do you cite a source that's going to change (I would link to the agendas for the UDARP and planning commission meetings as sources, but I don't think they are permanent links)?
