Article improvements

There are a number of issues I see with this article, and the articles that deal with the Copa Mustang. I am opening a discussion to improve that.

1) The article titles needs to be corrected. The naming conventions for football league season is to have the year at the end, not at the beginning (ex: Primera División Argentina 2008–09, Premier League 2008–09, Campeonato Brasileiro Série A 2009, to pick out a few).

2) The Copa Mustang articles should start using football templates, specifically for the standings. They are easy to use and, again, everyone is using them.

3) This one maybe controversial for those who are used to the old way... but there should be one article per season (think Copa Mustang 2009 only). A good example of this is, especially in respect to leagues with two tournaments, is Primera División Argentina 2008–09. One article works best, especially due to the interconnections of both tournaments (aggregate, relegation). Plus, there are ways to simplify some information, the scores to be exact, into convenient tables, not round by round fixtures.
