Inconsistent results
[edit ]@LGashi: The source for the results does not appear to be consistent. Unless I have misread one of the rows, the total number of votes for parties + invalid is 762,866. However, the source states 762,257, a difference of 609. Is this a case of the source being wrong, the CEC presenting inconsistent results (which does regularly happen), or have I misread one of the figures? I have looked at it several times and cannot see where I am wrong, but the image is so small it is a little hard to tell. What looks particularly odd is that the last two parties appear to be the wrong way round in terms of votes (132 for the SHBI and and then 156 for the PSHGJ).

- It seems that I made a mistake in the votes of some parties that in that letter do not look good. So I am not sure about the votes of small parties, but only about the first 4 parties and the votes of independent candidates which are correct. (which are as follows)
- DEMOCRATIC LEAGUE OF KOSOVO (LDK) - 574.755 - 76.44%
- PARLIAMENTARY PARTY OF KOSOVO (PPK) - 36,594 - 4.86%
- INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES - 24,702 - 3.29%
- Peasant Party of Kosovo – 23,628 – 3.15%
- Albanian Christian Democratic Party of Kosovo – 23,303 – 3.10%
- So for these others you can probably help me because you seem to have better eyes than me. As for the source, it was taken from the former deputy of that time, today a publicist, who had published it on his Facebook account. Also for the verification of this article, it is not that there is a lot of material (especially online) because these elections were held in extraordinary conditions. But I found a material that might be useful to us.

- @LGashi: Can you give a link to the Facebook page where you saw this posted? The results do look about right, but just a few hundred votes out. I cannot find any other source that has the full results, just the ones you quote above, although there is a difference in the PPK vote, which is given as 36,549 (not 594) in other sources.
- The Reliefweb source is interesting, but gives a quite different seat distribution to the other source... Based on the vote share, I'm inclined to think the other source is correct, as it seems that that the Christian Democrats would get 7 proportional seats and the Peasant Party none (it doesn't even mention the latter). However, I suspect your addition of four seats for the Bosniak community is wrong, as the 13 seats for Serbs were unfilled, so the total seats should be 127. Looking at the original source, the total there is 127, so this at least matches. Number 5 7 19:56, 26 April 2021 (UTC) [reply ]
@Number 57: His name is Halil Matoshi and here is his facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100008848660199. I searched to find the post he made about these elections, but it looks like he made that post private, or maybe even deleted it. I got that paper from an online portal but it no longer appears.
Yes, Reliefweb source seems a bit unrealistic to me too. As for the Bosnian deputies, the article also says that they had 4 deputies based on the percentage of population and distribution + one directly won in the elections which make a total of 5 deputies of this ethnicity.
Based on the 'source' we are referring to, it seems that LDK has won 96 deputies (of which 4 of them were Bosniaks and two of them Turks who 'competed' in the list of this party), PPK won 13 deputies, Peasant party 7, Christian Democrats 7, Independent Candidates 2, Bosniak MPs with direct voting 1 and guaranteed seats for Serbs and Montenegrins 14, which make up the total number of 140 MPs.
You can also see the results of the elected deputies at the bottom of the paper, entitled: "The party and national structure of the deputies of the parliament of the Republic of Kosovo(https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Zgjedhjet_e_para_parlamentare_te_vitit_1992.jpg), which are as follows and which I think correspond with what I have elaborated so far. So : LDK 90 deputies, PPK (Parliamentary Party) 13, Peasant Party 7, Christian Democrats 7, Independent Candidates 2, Muslim ethnicity 5, Turks 2 and seats reserved for Serbs and Montenegrins 14. This is a bit confusing for me as well, but in the coming days I will see if I can contact any of the deputies of that parliamentary mandate to give me more information on this issue.
