Sortis Holdings is a private equity firm.[1] It was established in 1995.[2] Businesses owned by Sortis have included Ava Gene's, Bamboo Sushi, Cicoria, Rudy's Barbershop, Sizzle Pie, Tusk, and Water Avenue Coffee.[3] [4]

Sortis Holdings rebranded itself as SOHI Brands . Sortis Holdings and SOHI Brands are chaired by Paul Brenneke who also chairs Sortis Capital, which is the largest debt holder on SOHI Brands.[citation needed ]
