Saki Yew is the stage name of Jeffrey Trinidad,[1] an Australian-born British drag performer who competed on the sixth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK .
Career
[edit ]Drag performer Saki Yew competed on the sixth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK . She and fellow contestant Zahirah Zapanta were the show's first of Filipino descent.[2] Saki Yew left the competition in the second episode because of a knee injury, placing twelfth overall.[3] [4] [5]
Personal life
[edit ]In addition to being of Filipino descent, Saki Yew has Australian and Mancunian backgrounds.[6] Saki Yew is from Melbourne and lives in Manchester.[7] [8] Saki Yew uses the pronouns she/her in drag and he/him out of drag.[9]
