Phyllonorycter hapalotoxa is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is found in Assam and Meghalaya, India.[1]
The larvae feed on Malus domestica , Malus pumila and Malus sylvestris . They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.[vague ]
