Myōzai (名西郡, Myōzai-gun) is a district located in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.
As of June 1, 2019, the district has an estimated population of 29,786 and a population density of 147 inhabitants per square kilometre (380/sq mi). The total area is 202.15 km2 (78.05 sq mi).
