Lilian (Persian: ليليان)[a] is a village in Khorram Dasht Rural District, Kamareh District, Khomeyn County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 782 in 193 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 667 people in 206 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 477 people in 166 households.[2]
