Kim Garam (Korean김가람) is a South Korean YouTuber and former singer. She is best known as a former member of the South Korean girl group LE SSERAFIM, formed by Source Music and HYBE, in 2022. Following her departure from the group, Kim pursued acting and online content creation.[1] [2]

Kim attended Konkuk University, where she studied media acting.[3]

2022: Debut with LE SSERAFIM

Kim Garam debuted as a member of LE SSERAFIM in May 2022 with the extended play Fearless .[4]

Shortly before and after the group's debut, allegations regarding school violence involving Kim surfaced online and received widespread media coverage.[5] Source Music initially denied several accusations and announced legal action regarding malicious claims.[6]

In July 2022, HYBE and Source Music announced the termination of Kim's exclusive contract and confirmed her departure from LE SSERAFIM, after which the group continued as five members.[7]

2025–present: Public reemergence and acting activities

In 2025, Kim reappeared publicly through a student-produced welcome video connected to Konkuk University's Department of Media and Acting.[8]

In March 2026, Kim launched the YouTube channel garamonly, where she uploaded videos documenting her daily life and acting practice.[9] [10]

The channel rapidly gained attention, surpassing 100,000 subscribers within a day of launch.[11]

Media reports stated that Kim was studying acting and preparing for an acting career while continuing university studies.[12] [13]
