Košarkaški klub Zdravlje (Serbian Cyrillic: Кошаркашки клуб Здравље), commonly referred to as KK Zdravlje or Zdravlje Leskovac, is a men's professional basketball club based in Leskovac, Serbia. They are currently competing in the top-tier Basketball League of Serbia.
