Notes
  1. ^ a b c d Places decided by group position.
  2. ^ Unknown result, victory was to Thailand.
  3. ^ Unknown result.
  4. ^ Indonesia became the champion in the 2008 edition as Libya U-23 decided to 'pull out' in the second half despite leading the game with 1–0 score, therefore the 1–0 goal was given to the hosts instead to become the champion.
