Georges Bereta (15 May 1946 – 4 July 2023) was a French footballer who played as a striker. From 1966 to 1974 he played for Saint-Étienne before moving onto Marseille until he retired in 1978.

Personal life and death

Bereta's parents were Polish.[1]

He died on 4 July 2023, at the age of 77.[2] [3]
