George Thomas Stahel Farmer (born 15 December 1989)[2] [3] is a British-American entrepreneur, businessman and activist.[4] He is the former chairman of Turning Point UK and the former CEO of Parler and Parlement Technologies.[5] He is the son of Michael Farmer, Baron Farmer,[6] as well as the husband of American political commentator Candace Owens.[7]

Biography

Farmer attended Oxford, where he earned a degree in theology.[8] While there, he was a member of the Bullingdon Club.[9] [10] Farmer also attended St Paul's School, London.[11]

He took over as CEO of Parler, and its parent company Parlement Technologies, in May 2021.[12] [13] [14] [15] It was during Farmer's tenure as CEO when Kanye West tried to take over the social networking service.[16] In April 2023, it was announced he would step down from his role as CEO.[17] [18] [19]

In the 2019 European Parliament election he stood for the Brexit Party in the South East England constituency. He was not elected.

Farmer proposed marriage to Candace Owens via a FaceTime call on 29 December 2018, 18 days after meeting each other for the first time in London,[20] [21] and married in 2019 in Trump Winery.[22] They have three children[20] and reside in Nashville, Tennessee.[23] [24] Farmer is a Catholic.[25] In January 2025, it was announced that Farmer and Owens were expecting a fourth child.[26]
