Gârnic (Czech: Gerník; German: Weitzenried; Hungarian: Szörénybúzás) is a commune in Caraș-Severin County, western Romania with a population of 1,533 people. It is composed of two villages, Gârnic and Padina Matei (Mátévölgye).
