Tuana Yazici (born 19 April 2000) is a Turkish-American attorney, entrepreneur, nonprofit executive, and helicopter pilot. She is the founder of Tuana Group and AeroAI Global Solutions.[1] [2]

Early life and education

Yazici was born in Istanbul, Turkey, on 19 April 2000, and moved to Florida at the age of 9.[3] She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a minor in Psychology, a Master of Arts in International Administration with a focus on space law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.[4] [5] [6] She held her first art exhibition at age four,[7] and later became the author of four children’s books.[3]

Career

In 2023, Yazici founded Tuana Group, a holding company that oversees the aerospace-related ventures AeroAI Voyages and AeroAI DesignLab. The same year, she also founded AeroAI Global Solutions, a nonprofit organization whose work involves applying space technologies and artificial intelligence to humanitarian, environmental, and governance challenges.[8] AeroAI Global Solutions was granted observer status by the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) in 2025.[9]

In 2024, Yazici established and chaired the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) Working Group on Legal Aspects of AI in Space. The working group published the report Balancing Innovation and Responsibility: International Recommendations for AI Regulation in Space in December 2024.[10]
