- Comment: It is very difficult for SaaS companies to get over the requirement for corporate depth. See WP:SIRS and the two sections on corporate depth and corporate trivia; plus also the worked Acme example.This article is heavily using Roofing Contractor, and it looks to me that there is very limited editorial oversight here, they appear to be a friendly communication channel. Some of their stories appear to be press releases, and some of the non-RC coverage is definitely press release based. Other sources are in the corporate trivia department. AccuLynx provides cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and project management technology to the roofing industry. The platform serves as an operating system of record for roofing companies located in the United States and Canada.
History
[edit ]AccuLynx was founded in 2008 by Richard Spanton. The software debuted at the 2009 International Roofing Expo (IRE) in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1]
Originally headquartered in Rockton, Illinois, AccuLynx relocated its corporate headquarters to Beloit, Wisconsin in 2014.[2]
In July 2025, Verisk Analytics, Inc. (VRSK) announced a definitive agreement to acquire AccuLynx for approximately 2ドル.3 billion.[3]
Awards and honors
[edit ]In 2019, AccuLynx was shortlisted in the Saas Awards program for Best SaaS Product for Customer Service / CRM.[4]
In 2021, Digital.com named AccuLynx to their list of the best roofing software companies.[5]
In 2022, AccuLynx was shortlisted in the Saas Awards program for the second time, for Best SaaS Product in the Construction Industry category.[6]
That same year, AccuLynx was recognized as a construction management category leader by Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice.[7]
