Contour leg pillow

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pillow placed between the legs during sleep

A contour leg pillow is a pillow placed between the legs, usually at knee level, during sleep.[1] They are believed to relieve lower back pain.[2]

These pillows provide alignment of the pelvis,[3] and prevent friction between the legs while sleeping.
