This category is for articles on people according to their various relations with a particular country other than their nationality. For example:

• the country where people (from abroad) migrated to (perhaps as 'expats'), were resettled in (as refugees), have lived in, or have worked in, without having that country's nationality.
• the country that people (from abroad) explored, have been imprisoned or detained in, or were victims of a crime in (either as visitors/tourists, or as residents/expats/migrants/refugees), without having that country's nationality.
• the country which bestowed an award upon people, regardless of their nationality.

The word "country" thus takes on various meanings, so context should be taken into careful consideration.
