BugHerd is a software company and the developer of a website feedback and bug tracking software. It was founded in 2010 in Melbourne, Australia, by Alan Downie and Matt Milosavljevic. The tool lets users leave comments directly on a live website. These comments are saved as tasks with technical details such as browser and screen information. BugHerd lets users report website problems by clicking on parts of a webpage and adding feedback.[6] [7]

In 2011, the company joined the Startmate accelerator and later participated in the 500 Startups program.[8] [9] [10] [11]

In 2012, BugHerd raised 500,000,ドル[12] and in 2014, it raised 1ドル million.[13] [14] [15]
