Birelentinib is an investigational new drug that is being developed by for the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is a dual Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and tyrosine-protein kinase Lyn inhibitor.[1] [2]
