Basht (Persian: باشت)[a] is a city in the Central District of Basht County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[4] It was the administrative center for Babuyi Rural District [5] until its capital was transferred to the village of Bustan,[6] now a city.[7]
