{{Proofreader needed}} may be added to newly-translated pages that require proofreading, as an alternative to the standard translation summary template, in order to provide a little more explanation to readers who are not yet familiar with Wikipedia:Translation, but are able to verify the translator's work.

This template should not be substituted.

• original_language_code is the 2 or 3 letters that indicate the language the original article was written in, for example, ko for Korean, or es for Spanish.
