Bankruptcy

Whoever wrote that section on Tarver's bankruptcy is pretty clearly confused. A Chapter 11 bankruptcy only alters the terms of the debt to make it easier to pay back (e.g., by extending the payment period, lessening the principal amount, lowering the interest, etc.) and is mostly used for business entities rather than natural people, who mostly use Chapter 13. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is the one that liquidates debt, and even that wouldn't protect the proceeds of the fight if the contract was signed at the time. Regardless of what is meant, that sentence is poorly written, improperly cited, and unnecessarily confusing.
