Non-free content

[edit ]

I have again removed three of the non-free images used in the article. In case you are not aware, non-free images must meet our non-free content criteria in order to be usable. Image:Chameli (Kareena Kapoor).jpg is clearly redundant to the lead image- it shows the same character from basically the same angle in basically the same clothes. It is not at all clear what Image:Chameli (Rahul Bose).jpg is adding; yes, he's a character in the film, but is it actually essential that we know what he looked like? Is it a key part of the film? If you asked me to imagine an Indian lawyer, especially if I already knew what the actor looked like, I would imagine pretty much that. As for the album cover- yes, it is generally held that a single identifying cover image meets the NFCC in an article about said album, but this does not magically extend to other related articles, whether or not the album has its own article. Please do not revert again- as the non-free content criteria make clear, the burden of proof is on you, not me. I am happy to discuss this, but edit warring is not in anyone's interests. I agree that the images should be removed. Non-free images are not particularly appropriate for the plot summary, which is just a description of the primary source to serve as context for reading coverage from secondary sources. Showing actors in their roles is not contextually significant unless there is something about their appearance being discussed in the article body. For example, a fantasy character could be displayed in a costume design or makeup section to serve as a visual aid. Here, we have Kapoor and Bose, who have free images, and they do not look much different from in real life. If you want, you can use their free images in the article, although I would encourage more prose first. See Season of the Witch (2011 film) as an example of free images being used. As for the soundtrack cover image, MOS:FILM#Soundtrack are some recent guidelines that discourage cover images. They're seen as secondary, often being derived from the film's promotional materials. (In some cases the film poster and the film soundtrack cover pretty much match, which makes the cover image especially redundant.) Some guidelines (for films) can be seen here: WP:FILMNFI.
