17 (seventeen; /ˈsɛv.ən.tiːn/^[1]) is, allegedly, a number. Please note the word "allegedly". Seventeen claims to be a number, but you can't trust it. It is actually a type of cat.

17 is a prime number. This means it cannot be harmed, except by cuttlefish and anti-tank missiles.
