Keith David Williams is an American actor and voice actor, known for his distinctive deep husky voice.
For Disney, he most notably voiced Goliath, Thailog, and Officer Morgan in Gargoyles and Dr. Facilier, the main antagonist of the 2009 Disney animated feature film The Princess and the Frog . He also voiced Mr. Pig in the Timon & Pumbaa episode "Animal Barn", Tublat in The Legend of Tarzan , a Card Soldier in the House of Mouse episode "The Stolen Cartoons", and the Cheshire Cat in Once Upon a Time in Wonderland . Additionally, he took over the voice role of Glossaryck in Star vs. the Forces of Evil (beginning with the Season 3 finale "Conquer" and for the rest of the series), Manny the Headless Man-Horse in the DuckTales reboot finale "The Last Adventure!", King Andrias in Amphibia , narrated The Wonderful Spring of Mickey Mouse , and Clone BeBe in the The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder episode "Us Again", which originated in The Proud Family Movie . He also played Kirby in the 1995 Hollywood Pictures film Dead Presidents , General Kimsey in the 1998 Touchstone Pictures film Armageddon , and Alex Holland in The Puppet Masters . In 2024, he was announced as the voice of Mufasa's father Masego, after having voiced Mufasa himself in the video game Simba's Mighty Adventure and during the House of Mouse shorts, along with the role of Mr Pig during the Timon and Pumbaa series. In 2025, he sang the Oogie Boogie song and take over the role of Oogie Boogie in the The Nightmare Before Christmas Live concert in October 2025, replacing his original long-time voice actor, the late Ken Page, following his passing in September 2024.
Outside of Disney, David appeared in films, such as The Thing (1982), Platoon, Bird, Road House, There's Something About Mary, Requiem for a Dream, Barbershop, Volcano, The Chronicles of Riddick, Coraline, and Nope as well as television shows, like Grey's Anatomy , Community, Greenleaf, Spawn, Adventure Time , Rick and Morty , Black-ish , The Flash, and Hazbin Hotel . Including the 2016 Frog Show Kulipari. He even Narrated some National Geographic Documentaries.
