Skills/Languages
2+ years with Ruby on Rails mixed with EmberJS. On my spare time I get my hands dirty with Vue or React. In general I like reusable code and DRY principle, hence the component-centric frontend frameworks :D
Currently learning
The more I learn about Vue, the more I fall in love with its simplicity. It just works! Head scratching and hair pulling doesn't last longer than a few hours.
Python/Django is another path I'd like to tread when I get the chance.
Currently hacking on
I like games but not very good at them so I just decided to create content. Recently I started a webapp for a mobile game called Brawl Stars. Just a simple site with 2 main routes: one for displaying individual characters' (called brawlers) stats and another to compare their stats. Really excited on the first week, but when I deployed to GKE, the overnight costs were too much.
