Skills/Languages
I have some experience with C++ and Python, and some ability with the bash terminal and Vim.
Currently learning
I am starting to teach myself x86_64 Assembly and absorbing as much as I can about the inner workings of the computer, including cpu/ram interaction, logic gates, binary/hex/decimal converstions, and also broadening my horizons as a programmer, looking at learning more about the Python standard library and C++ STL, and also the methodology of learning for competitive programming with a view towards becoming more conversant with data structures and algorithms.
Currently hacking on
A+ technician certification core two exam, assembly language programming, basic Python projects to develop a portfolio and develop my abilities, also with C++, and reading about computer science.
Available for
Discussions: How to develop as a programmer, especially in terms of working within the ecosystem of a given language. I'm starting to realize and articulate my current shortcomings around programming, and would love to discuss the inner workings of Python and C++ with a view towards developing greater facility with the resources available for those languages and how to utilize them. Also, very interested in discussing assembly language/computer science, and also data structures and algorithms.
