Students receive personalized, 1:1 support from 30+ full-time career professionals at Denison as well as access to seven career communities that connect them with peers, business executives, and career mentors. Denison’s professional residencies, including its executives in residence and professors of practice, provide students teaching, advice, and mentorship from Fortune 500 CFOs and Pulitzer Prize-winning writers. This structure delivers tailored guidance, industry insights, and networks that accelerate the college‐to‐career transition.

Denison supports meaningful internships that help students use what they’ve learned in class in professional settings. These real-world experiences build confidence, job skills, and career readiness for life after graduation. Students can also train as consultants and explore entrepreneurship through partnerships with companies like Victoria’s Secret, DHL, and Wendy’s.
