Our mysql instance is keep crashing after every 5-10 minutes very frequently. We have around 600 databases on that instance. I think 600 is not a big number of databases given the size of databases are not large.
I am pasting the portion of the log which comes up everytime mysql crashes:
Here is the log:

15:46:41 UTC - mysqld got signal 6 ;
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help
diagnose the problem, but since we have already crashed,
something is definitely wrong and this may fail.
key_buffer_size=8388608
read_buffer_size=131072
max_used_connections=281
max_threads=10000
thread_count=281
connection_count=281
It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 3985223 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.

1 Answer 1
The answer is in the log itself
2015年06月05日 11:44:02 18075 [Note] /usr/sbin/mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '5.6.20-log' socket: '/data/mysql/mysql.sock' port: 3306 MySQL Community Server (GPL)
MySQL had finished starting up at 2015年06月05日 11:44:02
Look at the error message 2 minutes later
2015年06月05日 11:46:03 18075 [Warning] InnoDB: Cannot open table csp716/unlock from the internal data dictionary of InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists. See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/innodb-troubleshooting.html for how you can resolve the problem.
That line says
Cannot open table csp716/unlock from the internal data dictionary of InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists
In the database csp716
you have a table called unlock
. Its data dictionary entry (located inside ibdata1
) is broken. Look at the stack trace, it appears you were doing some SELECT with a JOIN. One of the tables was csp716.unlock
. Every time you attempt to access that table, mysqld crashes.
You many need to drop the table and restore it from a backup.
You could also try to reattach the tablespace_id entry in ibdata1 back to the table itself.
See these posts on how to address this
- From @akuzminsky : InnoDB issue after power outage a few weeks ago - no backup
- From @DerekDowney : ERROR Cannot find or open table?
- From me : restore table from .frm and .ibd file?

Thank you Rolando, we fixed this but our Sql Server is still crashing, it seems like it is something else crashing it. Is this an appropriate place to ask you to come to skype and help us fixing the problem?Ali Rizwan– Ali Rizwan2015年06月05日 18:35:41 +00:00Commented Jun 5, 2015 at 18:35
