Strabo, as depicted in the Nuremberg Chronicle.

Strabo (Greek: Στράβων, Strabōn; 64/Born::63 BC – ca. Died::24 AD) was a Greek geographer, philosopher and historian. He is known for his extensive work in 17 volumes Geographica. Nominally focused on the description of the contemporary world, the work of Strabo, however, exposes also extensively about historical matters.[1]
