Alaska

Alaska is the largest state in the United States by area and is the largest peninsula in the Western Hemisphere. Alaska, the "Last Frontier" state is the 49th state of the USA. Mt. McKinley in the Alaska Range is North America's highest peak at 20,320 feet and one of the greatest challenges for mountain climbers. Juneau is the state's capital, and the state flower is the pale-blue forget-me-not.^[1] Alaska was purchased from Russia on March 30, 1867, for 7ドル.2 million (120ドル million adjusted for inflation) at approximately two cents per acre (4ドル.74/km2).
