fix: conversion for tcx files with a timezone indicator

Pardon me, apparently I can convert the files with no error now on e48a5232502e5b355f6dc2c4ad0ea1a88af9cd1c. I don't know if the fix was actually necessary. I don't think any tests are necessary.
