Hello! 😃

These are the main changes:

• Move each page into its own file.
• Add a settings page where data can be imported and exported as a JSON file.
• Add a new header that shows "Back" and "Settings" buttons when appropriate.

What do you think about the new header? I didn't know where to put the "Settings" button.

At first I added an additional floating action button, but I didn't like having a big settings button that easily reachable. I don't think it will be that frequently used.

Then, I added a "Settings>" button at the right of the editable title. It looked good on wide screens, but on smartphones the editable title ended up not having enough space.

So I decided to go with an additional header. Let me know if you have better ideas! 😃

A few days ago I published my first app on the store, so we can do this, yes!

When the time is right, we could merge the changes back to Split Bill and revert or change anything you think needs changing.
