[IMPROVEMENT] Complete rebranding of the game #79

We still need to rename some bits and blobs of the game from "supertuxkart" to "wasted".
The game was born as a fork of STK so it's normal we still have some names that still needs to be changed.

  • Assets icons;
  • Replace all SFX;
  • Window name;
  • supertuxkart.git file -> /data;
  • news.xml file pointing to our domain
  • Replace SuperTuxKart in option screens accross all the game
  • Change loading screen (bg, loading bar..)
  • others

This issue will be probably keep open because we always some new thing everytime we dig up into the code.
Will be closed only when we are sure everything was replaced
