Added REM sizing to existing positioning and width and height variables. Converted an instance of a pixel based margin and font size to REM.

Updated CSS font variables: pixel and percent based variables replaced with REM with pixel fallback

ad1a52a99c Re-exported the CSS file.
7874d1327b Removed main_row as it was unused. meta_row and utilities_row classes on the same line were also removed as they didn't seem to be in the app.
