Update MSRV to 1.81 #158

OK, I started with just updating miri, but that's not enough. To get lint suppression reasons, you need 1.81 throughout, so that's what this does:

Rust is now at 1.81 for the MSRV check. I updated Cargo.toml for the two crates and renovate.json.

Update miri to latest nightly

miri needs a nightly build, but it can use a more recent one.
Spoke too soon, should have updated all the MSRV stuff
