Test-deployed this and did a full backup, and it does seem to work. Backups are looking kinda small (~860MB) even though I messed up and accidentally did not exclude the postgresql data directory,...

Finally got around to testing this (by doing backups of /root instead of /persist). Turns out I misread how the encryption works, but that is fixed now.

I've pushed a change to make this use the nixos-credentials package of @networkException instead, but I'm not sure I did that right.
