burst-sync – Synchronisation measures of neuron spikes

This repository is a fork of the original burst_sync package adding simple pip installation for both python<=3.9 and python>=3.10.

It can be installed by

pip install --index-url https://codeberg.org/api/packages/spiky/pypi/simple/ burst-sync

or following the instructions at the original burst_sync repository.
